At Resonaire Infotech, we strive to provide quality digital services and ensure transparency in our business practices. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for our services.


1. General Policy

All payments made to Resonaire Infotech for web services like website design & development, SEO, domain name, business email, SSL security certificate, hosting, web site maintenance, consulting, or related services are subject to this Refund Policy.

By availing our services, the client agrees to the terms mentioned below.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or resources have been allocated:

  • Website Designing & Development
  • SEO Services
  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Domain Registration & Renewal
  • Hosting Services
  • Business Email
  • Content Writing
  • Paid Advertising Management
  • Consultation Charges
  • Third-Party Tool/License Purchases
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

3. Advance Payments

Any advance amount paid for project initiation, booking, planning, or resource allocation is non-refundable.

This is because project scheduling, research, planning, and technical resource allocation begin immediately after confirmation.


4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing are ongoing and effort-based services. Since rankings, traffic, and results depend on multiple external factors including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions:

  • No guaranteed rankings or timelines are promised unless specifically mentioned in a written agreement.
  • Monthly SEO retainers and marketing service fees are non-refundable once the work cycle has started.

5. Website Development Projects

For website development projects:

  • Refund requests will not be entertained after design approval or development commencement.
  • If the project is delayed due to lack of content, approvals, feedback, or communication from the client side, no refund shall be applicable.
  • In case of project cancellation by the client after work initiation, the amount paid for completed work and resource utilization shall be retained.

6. Hosting & Domain Services

Domain registrations, renewals, hosting plans, SSL certificates, business emails, and third-party subscriptions are non-refundable as these are purchased from external vendors and service providers.


7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of recurring services by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.


8. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, shall be processed solely at the discretion of Resonaire Infotech management.

Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days to process.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are requested to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks for completed or ongoing work may result in:

  • service suspension
  • termination of project access
  • legal recovery actions where applicable

10. Modification of Policy

Resonaire Infotech reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
